Representatives from the Employability Access Project attended the first transnational exchange of the Cooperation for Employment (CoFE) partnership. The CoFE partnership, established in March 2005, represents the European transnational element of the Employability Access Partnership and brings together partners delivering EQUAL projects from Dublin (Tallaght), Italy (Milan) and Spain (Castilla La Mancha). Representatives from DEL, North City Training, North Belfast Employment Centre, the Mater Hospital, NWHSST and EAP project staff attended the exchange and delivered a well received presentation outlining public policies relating to labour market reintegration for entry level jobs including those in the Health Sector. The next exchange will be hosted by our Italian partners from Milan and will concentrate on identifying examples of good practice relating to interventions addressing the supply of jobs and demand for employment within each partner country.
