An opportunity is now available for groups within Inner North Belfast to access a limited amount of small grant aid with the aim of developing capacity in terms of urban regeneration.
The maximum grant awardable is £10,000 and is available for a short term period.
By offering groups the opportunity to access grant support for a fairly small yet very important project a chance is given for those groups to demonstrate their project and financial management skills with lower risk involved and an opportunity to build capacity.
There are three themes for projects that we are particularly seeking to fund. Examples of the types of projects that might receive funding include:
* Capacity Building - Study Visits, Training, Resource materials
* Communications - Equipment related to information sharing Marketing material
* Infrastructure - Small scale capital equipment, small scale refurbishment**
**Refurbishment work will only be eligible if planning permission and building control is not required.
