NEA (National Energy Action) is launching Year 2 of the NORTHERN EXPOSURE PROJECT. This project aims to reduce fuel poverty within North Belfast and to increase the energy efficiency of all homes.
If you are an OWNER OCCUPIER or PRIVATE TENANT then you may be eligible for a series of FREE measures ranging from a whole new heating system to a new boiler to cavity wall insulation.
This project is open to singles and couples of all ages , with children or without, in receipt of certain benefits and/or on low incomes.
The type of benefit* which may lead to entitlement are housing benefit, rate rebate, disability living allowance etc.
