North Belfast Partnership invites tenders for the design and delivery of a “Celebration Event of Collaborative Working in North Belfast”
In order to meet the challenge of regeneration and social development in a divided community, North Belfast Partnership, with funding from the EU Urban II Community Initiative, has implemented a number of strategic programmes across North Belfast involving the Community Empowerment Partnerships (CEPs) operating within the area. Among these are:
? North Belfast Community Transport
? Youth Challenge
? ICT – Supporting Regeneration Through Technology
NBP now wish to hold a full day event with 3 main objectives:
1. To celebrate the collaborative approach represented by the joint CEP pilot projects
2. To act as a formal platform for each project, with built-in seminars/workshops for each project theme
3. To spotlight the achievements represented by these three strategic Urban II projects and highlight their benefits for North Belfast, celebrating the projects’ successes to date
It is expected that the successful individual/organisation will be responsible for all aspects of the launch event including developing a full day programme of events, workshop facilitation and press coverage of the event. Consultants will also be responsible for the production of a detailed post-event report to include details of attendees, workshop participation and outcomes etc.
