| | John McCorry - Development Programmes Manager John joined the Partnership in 2000. Central to John's work is the development and implementation of socio-economic strategies that connect public agencies and communities in the regeneration process. A particular focus of this development work has concentrated on improving local employability and economic activity in the north of the city. In the wider context, John works closely with the Chief Executive, the Board and Executive Committee on strategy and manages the Partnership's Development Team, coordinating a range of work programmes designed to deliver on the Partnership's priorities for regeneration.  | Tracey McCullough - Development Officer (Housing and Environment) Tracey is seconded from Northern Ireland Housing Executive and joined the Partnership in 2004 as Development Officer (Housing and Environment). Tracey's main responsibilities are to inform and promote local community interest in housing and environment development work; promote research and policy learning into good practice and new developments and facilitate local debate and action.  | James Edgar - Development Officer (SEAMS) James joined the Partnership in 2004. He is involved in general economic development activities within the Partnership.  | Maire Grattan - LEAP Project Co-ordinator Maire joined the Partnership in March 2005 and is the Project Co-ordinator for the Local Employment Access Partnership (LEAP). This is one of the Partnership's employability initiatives. In her role Maire will oversee the provision of employer focused pre-employment support courses for unemployed people in the area and facilitate the compilation with other sectoral stakeholders, the formulation of an Employability Strategy for North Belfast.
