Review of Public Administration: Impact on the Community Sector Seminar

North Belfast Partnership, in association with West Belfast Partnership and the Greater Shankill Partnership, is holding a series of Seminars and associated Workshops on key themes that affect the community sector.
Through presentations by keynote speakers from Government agencies, funding bodies, academia, and the community sector, the Seminars will examine issues that are central to the future of the sector over the coming years.
The third Seminar, on the theme of ‘Review of Public Administration: Impact on the Community Sector’, will explore the possible implications of public sector reform on the community sector. In particular, speakers and participative workshops will examine the opportunities and threats offered through the proposed changes over the coming years.
The event is on Wednesday 22nd March 2006 at Farset International Hostel from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Keynote speakers will include: Dr Debbie Donnelly, Project Manager with the Review of Public Administration Team; Colm Bradley, Director of Community Technical Aid; and a Speaker from Belfast City Council.
The event is open to community workers and activists from the three Partnership areas of North Belfast, West Belfast and the Greater Shankill.
