Date: 28/02/2006

North Belfast Partnership, in association with West Belfast Partnership and the Greater Shankill Partnership, is holding a series of Seminars and associated Workshops on key themes that affect the community sector.
Through presentations by keynote speakers from Government agencies, funding bodies, academia, and the community sector, the Seminars will examine issues that are central to the future of the sector over the coming years.

The second Seminar, on the theme of ‘Neighbourhood Renewal and Community Regeneration’, will explore the role of this Government initiative in creating sustainable regeneration in deprived communities. In particular, speakers and participative workshops will examine the opportunities and challenges offered through this strategy of community-led regeneration.
